These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a binding legal agreement between 7d77 ("we", "us") and the user of the platform ("you", "user"). By using the site, you are agreeing to these terms in full.

3.1 Login Credential Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account username and password completely confidential. Sharing your login credentials with anyone else or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out through your account.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention purposes, 7d77 may request identity verification (Know Your Customer or KYC) at any time. This may include:

  • A copy of a national ID card or passport.
  • A recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.
  • Verification of the payment method used.

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend an account if KYC documents are not provided within the specified timeframe.

3.3 Single Account Policy

Only one account is permitted per individual, household, or IP address. If multiple accounts are created, all associated accounts will be closed and any bonus benefits will be cancelled.

Section 4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

The following payment methods can be used to deposit funds at 7d77: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount across all methods is ৳500.

  • There is no maximum deposit limit, however verification may be required for large transactions.
  • The account must be your own — using another person's payment account is prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. For withdrawals:

  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
  • The specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
  • If fraud is suspected, a withdrawal may be placed on hold until an investigation is complete.

4.3 Currency Policy

All transactions on 7d77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Funds sent in another currency will be converted at the applicable exchange rate, and any conversion fees will be borne by the user.

Section 5 Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, depositing ৳5,000 will earn an additional ৳6,000 in bonus funds.

A 25x wagering requirement must be met to withdraw this bonus. That means you must place bets totalling 25 times the bonus amount.

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each account may participate in a promotion only once.
  • Bonuses may only be used on games designated by 7d77.
  • If a bonus is not used within the specified period (generally 30 days), it will be cancelled.
  • If bonuses are claimed from multiple accounts, all bonuses will be cancelled.
  • Betting restrictions may apply to winnings earned using bonus funds.
  • 7d77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion.
If bonus funds are not wagered together with your own funds, the bonus amount may be cancelled. In the event of any dispute relating to bonuses, the decision of 7d77 will be final.

Section 6 Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play Policy

7d77 believes in fair play. All games are operated using certified random number generator (RNG) technology. Any interference with or manipulation of game outcomes is entirely impossible.

6.2 Betting Rules

  • Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits.
  • If a bet result is voided due to a technical error, the bet amount will be refunded.
  • If a game is left incomplete due to a network issue, 7d77 will determine the outcome based on server logs.
  • Verification may be required for unusually large bets on a specific game or market.

6.3 Technical Errors

7d77 is not responsible for incorrect amounts or outcomes displayed due to software or hardware errors. If such an error is identified, the relevant bet will be voided and funds will be returned.

Section 7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7d77 platform:

  • Money laundering or conducting transactions using illegal funds.
  • Operating multiple accounts for the purpose of abusing bonus benefits.
  • Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or software.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
  • Harassing, threatening, or abusive behaviour towards other users.
  • Exploiting technical errors or vulnerabilities in the platform to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Placing bets or managing an account on behalf of a third party.
Involvement in any of the above activities may result in immediate account closure, cancellation of all deposits and winnings, and legal action.
